Heritage Homes

Heritage Homes takes care of its clients from the first step in the process to well after a home is complete. By Stephanie Crets

Heritage Homes has built more than 1,000 homes since 1995. Rather than focus on the bottom line, the company’s success is built on the experience of every homebuyer as they work with a passionate team. In addition, Heritage Homes prides itself on being the exclusive woman-centric homebuilder for the Fargo-Moorhead area. “Our mission is to positively impact the lives of others by delivering a home that families will enjoy for years to come,” says Tyrone Leslie, president and owner of Heritage Homes.

Heritage Homes is devoted to making their clients’ dreams come true by offering more than 21 fully customizable plans. The company wants clients to be able to sprinkle their own individual styles and needs throughout every square foot of their homes. Its team promises to offer the best guidance through the homebuilding journey by having each client work with only one contact person for each phase of the building process – each contact is an expert in their particular phase.

But Heritage Homes doesn’t stop once the home is built; the company ensures homeowners will continue to enjoy their new home and know how to take care of it through the HomeCare Program. “We want to ensure that our homeowners’ questions and concerns are addressed along with having the knowledge for the responsibilities of being new homeowners,” Leslie says.

Some of its services include a demonstration of the client’s new home, review of key maintenance points and explanation of items that may still need to be completed thanks to weather or replacement parts. After the handover, Heritage Homes schedules warranty visits 10 to 15 days after close, and two months, six months and one year into owning the new home. As Leslie says, “We’re here after the build.”

Thanks to the company’s dedication to its clients, Heritage Homes has won the Best Home Builder in Red River Valley award for five consecutive years (2011-2015) in The Fargo Forum. In 2015, the company was awarded the People’s Choice Best Home Builder and Best Luxury Home Builder honors in Design & Living Magazine.

New Twist on Townhomes

One of Heritage Homes’ most recent projects is called The Aspens at Timber Creek, located in South Fargo near many amenities, including shopping, wellness, recreation and medical facilities. The 26-unit townhome development was unveiled on April 22, 2016, and features one-of-a-kind, 3,311-square foot, two-story townhomes that include:

* Three bedrooms and three full baths

* Spa-like master bath with heated floors

* Walk-in closets

* Spacious gourmet kitchen

* 11-foot ceiling in family room, 10-foot ceiling in master bedroom and nine-foot ceilings throughout the main level

* Private patio

* Oversized, finished garage

There is nothing like these townhomes in the Fargo-Moorhead area, Leslie says. “We are excited to see this entire development come to life,” he continues. “Homeowners were craving something different. They wanted to focus more on living in and experiencing their home, instead of worrying about upkeep such as snow removal and lawn work.”

So the Heritage Homes team gave the community exactly that. The Aspens at Timber Creek was designed and created to provide luxury living for people on the go by providing low-maintenance living. That means everything, including outdoor maintenance and exterior insurance, is taken care of for the residents. The company hopes this will give new residents peace of mind knowing their home will be maintained throughout the year. HeritageInfo

Heritage Homes celebrated the grand opening of the Aspens townhomes in Fargo with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo (FMWF) Chamber of Commerce. Construction and pre-sales of these 26 townhomes are happening now, with more than half already sold.

“The response of the grand opening was more than we could have ever imagined,” Leslie notes. “People just kept coming. The conversations were full of compliments, questions and interest. We had over 150 groups that day and the feedback was incredible.”

Heritage Homes looks forward to filling each and every one of these townhomes, much faster than even anticipated. Its team has had incredible achievements throughout the years, and The Aspens at Timber Creek development is a prime example of why Heritage Homes believes it is so important to continue to push the status quo and build with a mindset of innovation and a heightened awareness to the needs and wants of a community.
